Fortis & Friends Foundation believes that education is a human right, is transformative, and is the key to a brighter future for all. Through our various programs and initiatives, F3 aims to improve access to quality education, increase student engagement, and improve teacher capacity to support all students. We believe that by investing in education, we can give Jamaican children the tools necessary to lead meaningful and successful lives as adults.

We operate with a deep commitment to schools and student-populations that traditionally have been inadequately served, aiming to increase equity and access for all. Our approach to working with our schools is collaborative and proactive. We listen, evaluate, and work in partnership with our schools to identify the best available evidence to guide decision-making that leads to sustainable improvements and increased student learning outcomes.
